Peaches & The AlphaSonics are resurrecting up-tempo, swinging Jump Blues and attract a strong following of fans hep to their authentic vintage sound. 
The band elevates the overlooked contributions, made by black artists in the 40’s, 50’s, & 60's heralding Rhythm and Blues, Rock and Roll and the Soul music of later decades.
Envisage the growls of a young Etta James and a sassy LaVern Baker mixed with the early guitar stylings of a Guitar Slim or Johnny “Guitar” Watson and the driving, good-time rhythm of an upright doghouse bass and drums.

vocalist Lisl (aka Peaches) brings authenticity to The AlphaSonics with gritty and powerful vocals reminiscent of the great RnB and soul singers of the 60’s. Our guitarist Jamie Clark has a stellar background in Americana and Jazz and has worked alongside some of the most respected musicians, both Australian and International acts. Drummer, Trevor Gollagher may sit in the background but he’s definitely a driving force behind The AlphaSonics! He brings decades of expertise with both local and international hero’s.  Jon Flynn our bassist has been a longtime supporter, mover and shaker in the Rockabilly scene. Besides his own bands, he’s THE hard-working, go-to guy for touring international acts!
