SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rockabilly Australia Pty Ltd.
The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. DEFINITIONS OF TERMS:
Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
Carrier means the delivery company or postal service responsible for the transport and delivery of your order
Customer means you, the person/entity purchasing the goods.
Damages means any damage to the goods and/or packaging upon delivery.
Date Of Shipment means the date in which your order is sent out and on its way to your nominated address.
Delivery Time is the time in which your order is expected to be delivered to your nominated postal address.
Domestic Orders mean orders that are to be sent to a postal address within Australia.
Drop-Ship Item means an item that is sent directly from the supplier to the customer. We do not hold stock for these items.
In-Stock Item means an item that is readily available and stored at our facility, based on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
International Orders mean orders that are to be sent outside of Australia.
Pre-Order Item means a product that is not immediately available or is an item that needs to be manufactured and/or imported from the supplier (of which may be located in another country) before the product can be packed and shipped to you.
Print-On-Demand Item means an item that is printed or manufactured specifically for the customer as they place their order.
Processing & Fulfilment Time means the time it takes for your order to be prepared for shipment. This includes the time it may take for the item to be manufactured and/or sourced from the supplier and the time in which it takes to package the order ready for shipment.
Supplier means the company or manufacturer in which we source the product from.
Shipping Locations are the locations in which we are able to send orders to.
Shipping Rates are the prices charged to the Customer for the delivery of their order.
Shipping Time is the time it takes for the order to arrive to you once it has been shipped
Tracking Number is an identification number provided by the carrier that allows you to track the status of your delivery


2. Processing and fulfilment

An email confirmation is sent to your provided email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Processing and fulfilment times may vary depending on the product purchased.
Some products may take longer than others due to them being;

  • Shipped directly from the supplier to the customer (Drop-ship item)
  • Manufactured on demand then shipped to the customer (Print-On-Demand item)
  • Sourced from the supplier as customer places order then shipped to the customer (Pre-Order item)


2.2. Processing and fulfilment times are as follows;

  • For items we hold in stock (In-Stock Item)

Domestic orders will be shipped out in 4 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed.
International orders will be shipped out within 4 to 6 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • For items we do not hold in stock (pre-order items):

Domestic Orders will be packed and shipped out within 4 to 6 business days from the time the item arrives to us. (Please allow up to 12 weeks for the pre-order item to arrive to us from the supplier.)
International orders will be packed and shipped out within 4 to 6 business days from the time the item arrives to us. (Please allow up to 12 weeks for the pre-order item to arrive to us from the supplier.)

  • For Drop-Ship items:

Depending on the location and shipping terms of the Supplier, all orders should be processed and shipped within 4 to 6 business days.
For Print-On-Demand Items:
Once the item has been created, the order will be processed and shipped out in 4 to 6 business days from the time of item completion.

3. Shipping Times and Prices

We always endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed and shipped, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you.

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
  • Delivery times are to be used as a guide only
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
  • Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Once the order has been processed, packed and shipped out, the time it takes to arrive to the customer may vary depending on;

  • the nominated carrier responsible for the delivery
  • the location of the customer's postal address
  • the method of shipping selected (if applicable)
  • If the item is a Drop-Ship or Print-On-Demand item, and if so, the location or country the item is being shipped from.


Express Shipping (Domestic)
The order will arrive within 2-6 business days from the time of shipment.
Express Shipping costs from $29.99.
Standard Shipping (Domestic)
The order will arrive within 3-10 business days from the time of shipment.
Standard Shipping costs from $14.99.


4. Shipment Locations
Rockabilly Australia Pty Ltd ships domestically as well as internationally.

  • In-Stock Items are shipped from Gold Coast, QLD
  • Drop-Ship Items are shipped direct from the supplier wherever they may be based. This includes Australia, USA, United Kingdom and more.
  • Pre-Order items are shipped from our Gold Coast location once the item arrives from the supplier
  • Print-On-Demand items are shipped from the manufacturers location which may vary from product to product.


5. Pre-Order Items
If your chosen product is a pre order item, when you place your order with us, your chosen item is added into the next order we place with our supplier of said product subject to the availability of the item.

6. Tracking Options
Rockabilly Australia Pty Ltd aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link and tracking number to track your package.

7. International Customs, Duties and Taxes

  • All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country and is included in the shipping prices.
  • Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department.
  • Rockabilly Australia Pty Ltd is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these charges and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

8. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. We politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. 9. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately on +61 413 388 528 or via email at shop@rockabillyaustralia.com.


10. Additional Information

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • We will not be responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information
  • Rockabilly Australia cannot be held accountable for lost items where incorrect information has been provided by the customer
