Event Support Volunteers

Help us bring the scene to life!

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event set-up (staging, decorations, signage, vendor areas)

- Support event operations during shows (greeting attendees, managing entry points, assisting performers)

- Help with pack-down and venue restoration after events Ensure smooth running of events

Time Commitment:

Flexible - typically 4-8 hours per event (varies by event size)

Ideal For:

Energetic people who love live music, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be part of the action.

Pop-Up Shop Volunteers

Be the face of Rockabilly Australia!

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly service

- Assist customers with product selection and sizing

- Process sales and handle transactions

- Maintain shop presentation and merchandise displays

- Share knowledge about products, bands, and the Kustom Kulture scene

Time Commitment:

3-6 hour shifts during pop-up shop events

Ideal For:

Friendly, outgoing people with retail or customer service experience who love fashion and connecting with the community.

Office & Admin  Volunteers

Help us behind the scenes!

Responsibilities:

- Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, organization)

- Support social media content creation and scheduling

- Respond to customer enquiries via email and social platforms

- Help with performer onboarding and booking coordination

Assist with marketing materials and promotional content

Time Commitment:

Flexible - 4-10 hours per week (remote or in-office options available)

Ideal For:

Organized, tech-savvy individuals with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

- Must be 18+ (or 16+ with parental consent)
- Passion for rockabilly, Kustom Kulture, or live entertainment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to scheduled shifts
- Friendly, positive attitude and team player mentality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- For office roles: Access to computer and internet
