DJ Jake is a Gold Coast (QLD) DJ, bandleader, and rock’n’roll & swing dancer known for dancefloor-driven sets that feel vintage at heart and modern in momentum. Years of performing, teaching, and living inside the rockabilly and swing scene have shaped his approach: read the room fast, respect the classics, and keep the floor moving.
Musically, DJ Jake sits in the sweet spot of rock’n’roll, rockabilly, swing, jive and boogie-leaning favourites, with room to tailor the mix for the event brief - whether it’s a festival stage, a packed retro club night, or a wedding that wants a proper vintage party. His sets are built around strong song selection, clean flow, and the kind of pacing that dancers notice.
Alongside his DJ work, Jake leads Jake & The Cadillacs, bringing that live-performance energy and scene credibility straight into his DJ sets. Off the stage, he’s also a radio DJ (DJ Jake on 101.3FM Mayhem Radio) and the founder of Rockabilly Australia, an Australia-wide platform supporting performers, venues and events across the Kustom Kulture community.
